We understand that separation or divorce comes with a great deal of emotion and many questions.
It is important that both parties involved are willing to undertake this process, which is intended to be a conflict resolution process. The mediator's presence is neutral and impartial, with the aim of helping the parties find mutually acceptable solutions to issues related to the divorce, division of assets, child custody, and child support. Discussions between the parties are facilitated by the mediator, who encourages open and constructive communication to help reach agreements that meet everyone's needs and interests.

Did you know that, as part of family mediation, the government offers up to 5 hours of free mediation for couples with minor children and up to 3 hours of free mediation for couples without children? This initiative aims to encourage families to use mediation as an effective and less expensive way to resolve their family disputes.
